Payment & Gratuity

We accept payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, personal check, and cash. Gratuities cannot be added to card transactions, however, and should be given in cash or check


Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We ask that you provide 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge for the time set aside for your service. ((You will be charged for the appointment unless notice is given.)) This applies to missed appointments also. Valid credit card information is required at the time you make an appointment with Winmore Salon. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respectful observance of this policy.


Cell Phones

We politely ask that our clients refrain from using cell phones in the salon and quiet ringtones for the comfort and serenity of others.



For the safety and comfort of all our clients, any children in the salon under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.


Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased in person or over the phone. It's a perfect way to treat your loved ones, no matter the occasion.


Client Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you receive at Winmore Salon, please let us know within 24 hours so that we can schedule a correction. Unused products may be returned with proof of purchase for salon credit.
